Three certified organic, single-origin oils from a family mill in the Sahel: one to cook with, one to finish with, one for the grill.

Same family groves, three different jobs. Each bottle is 500 mL, about a month of cooking.
Mellow and buttery. Roasting vegetables, eggs, sautéing, baking and marinades.
Grassy and peppery. Salads, dipping bread, finishing pasta, drizzling over hummus.
Bold and robust. Grilled fish, lamb, vegetables on the grill, harissa and marinades.

Freshness is what you taste. These five things on the label tell you how fresh an oil can be.

In Tunisia, el senia is the plot a family tends for generations. We grew up around them, and we started El Senia because the oil we knew at home tasted nothing like what we found on American shelves.
Our olives are picked by hand from November, pressed the same day at a family mill in the Sahel, and bottled in Tunisia before they cross the ocean. Nothing is blended in along the way.
